As Director, Vevaik is responsible for the firm’s strategic focus and business performance. He is directly involved with quality initiatives including design excellence, sustainability, and technical delivery. He oversees the firm growth, diversification, and development.  He defines the firm’s business objectives for performance, collaborative operations, and staff development.

Vevaik holds a mechanical engineering degree and has over 15 years of diversified experience in design, commissioning, operations and management level. He has a strong experience of working with the US based MNCs and on International Projects as a Senior Management level positions. He has vast knowledge and experience in International and National codes and standards. His knowledge base is in the healthcare, Institutional, Industrial and commercial sectors. He has an excellent understanding of BIM software such as: AutoCAD MEP, Revit, Navis Works, and many simulation softwares like TRACE, IES, Transys. Vevaik is also well versed with International Codes and Standards like AIA, IMC, IBC, ASHRAE, UPC, IPC, NBC, ECBC, IS codes and NFPA.

Having hands on expertise on International and Indian Projects, he runs his project team with uncompromising quality control at each design phase and strives to maintain the client’s goals with creative design solutions.

Vevaik also delivers a lecture on various topics like Green Buildings, Energy efficient buildings, Energy modeling, Energy Codes, and System Design on regulars basis on a professional front to students, academicians and Industry professionals.

Vevaik is IGBC Accredited Professional and BEE certified “Energy Conservation Building Code” Master Trainer. He is also a member of ASHRAE and ISHRAE.
